The overall decoration was as exquisite and elegant as a high-end luxury house. Although we didn’t have high expectations at first, thinking that “the pictures might just be taken pretty”, after taking a closer look at the online reviews, we found that almost all of them were positive, which made us feel more at ease. This property is conveniently located about a 10-minute walk from Dongdaegu Station. Right next to it is the well-known Marriott Hotel. The fact that the two basically share the same building also brings extra convenience - Marriott's facilities (such as the gym and swimming pool) can be used for an additional fee, which is a big plus! After entering the room, I was first surprised by its complete facilities. In addition, it is thoughtfully equipped with a washing machine, microwave oven and simple kitchen, which is very suitable for long-term travelers and even as convenient as home. Although the actual size of the room is slightly smaller than in the photo, we are still very satisfied with the overall design and functionality. This time we booked Room Type E, which has a master bedroom (with bathroom) and two smaller rooms. One of them is located behind a glass door next to the living room and has a very special design. This kind of space configuration may depend on whether everyone can accept it, but since we are all girls, we don’t mind it. The hotel is surrounded by a wide range of amenities, including restaurants and convenience stores. You can find everything you need within a few minutes' walk. Especially since there is Baek Jong-won’s coffee shop across the street, having a cup of coffee every morning to wake up has become one of our daily rituals. The overall accommodation experience was very pleasant. Although the sudden power outage in the early morning of the first night gave everyone a little shock, it quickly returned to normal and did not affect our mood. Apart from this little episode, the overall performance can be said to be great value for money. When you come to Korea, if you want to understand the local culture, you should start with the traditional market. This time I came to the Seomun Market in Daegu. It covers a very large area and is divided into multiple areas: everything from fabrics, clothing to fresh agricultural products. The most attractive thing is the dazzling array of snack stalls and local specialties. I came here just to walk, shop and eat. When I got tired of shopping, I casually found a noodle street food stall that seemed to have a lot of customers. All I can say is that it is delicious! The soup is very sweet and the noodles are thick and chewy! Halfway through the meal, add the chili peppers on the table to the soup. It's slightly spicy and salty, and you can't stop eating it. After eating, I happened to pass by Fabric and Quilt Street. It’s also good to buy enough. The store will provide a compressed service to make it easier for everyone to carry it back home.
