The climate is cold but not cold, sunny but not hot and especially the clouds are more magical than photoshop 🥰. - Flowers are everywhere on every corner, it feels like if there are trees, there will be flowers 🌸. - The people are super enthusiastic, thoughtful, honest from the security guards, the staff in the tourist area, the service staff... all don't know what it means to be grumpy 😅. - Although it is a tourist land, all expenses and services are extremely reasonable, sometimes I even find it very cheap 🤭 ✈️ How to go and move? - Book a round-trip ticket 2500k/person - Go to VN and return to VJ. I depart from Hai Duong. (so you should proactively go to the airport in advance to avoid rushing) - Car pick up from Lien Khuong airport to the central hotel 200k/car (when you leave the airport, there are many companies to invite guests, you should check the price first and then choose) ☺️ - Because I like to experience, I choose the car to go to the entertainment spots in Da Lat. It's cheap and fun😅. 🏠 Where to stay? - Personally, I find hotels/ motels in DL diverse, prices are extremely reasonable 😍😍 - I stayed at Dau Tay Hotel (near Domaine Church): prices depend on room type (average about 100-300k/person/night with full hot and cold water, dryer, electric kettle... 🏕 Sightseeing spots, check-in 💧Day 1 (4-9pm) - Stroll around Xuan Huong Lake - Lam Vien Square - Hong Kong corner of Da Lat market - ​​Stroll around the city 💧💧Day 2 (8am-5pm) - The Wilder- nest Ta Nung (100k/person). Considered as Switzerland, hot recently. Entrance fee 100k/person includes 1 drink. If you go on a sunny day, it will look more majestic and vast. I highly recommend everyone to go. THE CAMP VILLE DALAT | XUAN HOA COMMUNE, DA LAT Located in Xuan Hoa commune, about 10km from the city center, on the same route to Trai Mat - Cau Dat, this campsite is easy to find and the road is also convenient. In particular, if you plan to hunt clouds in Cau Dat early in the morning, you can completely stay here the day before. From The Camp Ville to Cau Dat is only about 15km - saving a lot of time compared to having to depart from the center of Da Lat (about 30km). Because it is located far from the city center, this area is separate from the dust, suitable for those who need a place to rest and reset their energy. Many people are afraid to go camping because of the lack of amenities, but they are wrong. This area is the most luxurious camping area I have ever seen, the rooms are spacious like a hotel, the private restroom is outside, and there is even an outdoor bathtub. St. Nicholas Cathedral was the place where the French attended religious ceremonies at that time. It is also the residence for French and European people to vacation in Dalat. One of the world's top ten most "weird" buildings #crazyhouse You’d really get lost if you walked in! I traveled 7 hours to Dalat just to see this crazy house, but it was worth it! The strange scenery here is really a must-see! The official name of the Crazy House is "Heng Ngo Villa". The designer of this house is a female student who studied in Russia, Dang Viet Ngo, the daughter of the former president of Vietnam. The main business here is actually a hotel, and you can check in in advance! Experience a completely different style of accommodation. The overall design coolly combines design elements of various animals, large mushrooms, spider webs and cave sculptures, and the concepts of the materials are all derived from nature. In 2009, it was selected by a magazine as one of the top ten strange buildings in the world, coexisting with nature. The "Crazy House" is very suitable for visiting with children. It is recommended to stay for 1.5 hours, walk slowly, take pictures slowly, and climb to the top of every tall building! The houses around the top floor seem like two different worlds compared to here. It's bustling here during the day, but I heard from the guests that it becomes very quiet after 7pm. The coffee shop offers a great view, whether it's day or night. They have comfortable indoor seating and a spacious outdoor patio. The music wasn’t bad or too loud, unlike many typical Vietnamese coffee shops. We enjoyed the soft playing music and coffee while chatting with friends.

Nice place with good views. It sits next to the quiet river. It feels great just taking a stroll around the property and soaking in the pure nature all around. Rooms are big enough and clean. We reserved lakeview room. However, the room was at the corner so we get distant glance of the lake, but we still liked it because it offered us overall green sight. Toan at the reception was very friendly and helpful. Thuong in the restaurant was so nice and took care of our vegetarian need. The restaurant specially prepared vegetarian breakfast for us when we informed them about our dietary requirement on the first day. Few things we wished could be improved: - Bathroom got wet after shower and it remained damp till it is cleaned by the service staff.

The place is simply breathtaking & filled up with hospitality. I spent a night here by myself, and everything was on spot. The hosts are friendly and supportive, the view from the bedroom is so peaceful and mesmerizing, and the place is super tranquil. There are different options of room for you to select, but highly recommend go for the Goo House to fully enjoy the atmosphere. Definitely will have another shot here!!

We had a wonderful stay at Mo Stay—everything was just perfect. We really appreciated the thoughtful details in the villa; it’s clear that the owner/designer put a lot of love into creating a space that feels both simple and luxurious, as well as peaceful. We especially enjoyed the ambiance during the rain, which added a unique charm and allowed us to truly relax. This place may not suit everyone; if you prefer a more bustling and convenient setting, it might not be for you. However, we definitely recommend it for anyone looking to connect with nature and enjoy some time for self-reflection.

Before planning this trip, I happened to find this house on the Internet that didn't seem to exist in real life, so I added Dalat to the stop on this itinerary. Crazy House in Dalat is known as one of the “Top Ten Weird Buildings in the World”. Its designer Nga is the daughter of the former president of Vietnam. The original building here was a French villa. Nga incorporated the concept of "man has an inseparable connection with nature since birth" into the entire building. After the transformation, it became the real fairy tale world it is today. Landmark modernist glass buildings dominate this waterfront square, hosting food vendors & music. Really great place for the sunrise and sunset time with the panoramic view with the lake and the mountains and Pagoda in the background, which is definitely unique to witness. In the surrounding area you can enjoy different activities such as cinema, gym exercise, various restaurants and also an opera house which seems to be famous. There were also many for what it seemed to me graduation student, maybe? Anyway, it's truly a place to go when the sun goes down around 5pm because the colors of the sky are indescribable and yet beautiful and majestic.

Peaceful, majestic, mystic, powerful, outstanding, and highly recommended whenever you have hour of free time just to wander around Linh Son Pagoda. I encountered Hun, one of the professional gardeners of the Pagoda with whom we could have a conversation about the Pagoda and its feelings towards his dedication and hard work towards the house of Buddha. You may also cross path with him, and you'll definitely know that it's him. Wearing a traditional hat and rubber gloves, humble and yet the largest smile i got to see from a vietnamese person. Born on the 4th of June 1953, he showed me the way to the other side of the Pagoda where some pictures and videos had been taken. Hope you will go there and get the experience that is unique, profound, and unforgettable.

We walked up to this beautiful pagoda and the Golden Buddha Statute this morning. From our hotel near the center of town it took us about an hour, and almost all of the walk is uphill, but the rewards of seeing this beautiful pagoda and the statute itself made it all worthwhile. The grounds are lovely, serene and inspirational. You are also treated to a few magnificent views of the city as well.

Art installation area with an array of giant clay sculptures of everything from lizards to trains. The sculptures were interesting. This place is IG worthy. Good for taking photos with family, friends, couples. It will take 30-40 minutes drive from Dalat city proper. If you booked a taxi or grab coming to this place make sure to let them wait for you because it’s hard to call a taxi or grab from here.

Additionally, large ugly resorts have gated off and developed a large part of the lakeshore, well other "hidden" areas are littered with trash, but if you can look past that fact and try to get closer to the water, I've been told locals will report you. So yes, this lake is romantic and scenic, however, it isn't what it seems. It did offer me a nice drive, although you can encircle the entire lake. Over all, this experience was so disappointing for a natural-born lake girl.

Large, striking pagoda known for its intricate mosaics made from broken glass & pottery shards. The most beautiful piece of Pagoda I have witnessed so far among other things that are not located in Vietnam nor in South East Asia. It feels amazing to have so much beauty in front of you from time to time, and yet there are so many things to see, especially around that Pagoda since it's not just only one. The whole complex is an entire piece of art and shows how people can master something and create something unique, outstanding, timeless, and let the people enjoy it for free and for prayers. That is something beyond imagination and leave me speechless, so better stop the review here.

Really cool place, entry was around 60k per adult. We also did the coaster 1 which was actually really fun (going down to the main waterfalls). We didn’t do it on the way back. There is also a larger coaster but that is around 250k each so we didn’t do that. Overall a really cool place with lots of waterfalls and walkways to explore. Shame it’s fairly commercial but it is what it is.

Traditional Zen Buddhist temple located on a hill & featuring picturesque gardens & mountain views. What on Holy Earth did I just have the extreme and decent luck to visit just today. Truc Lam Monastery is such a piece of art when it comes to gardening, symmetry in all measures, flowers assortment and so others details that I am forgetting the use of English and maybe need I to use my French. With approximately 50 and 50 nuns in religious practice within its walls, you would definitely encounter a few of them when you will be visiting. Being around 1300/1400 meters high allows the peacefulness and quietness to get inside your inner person and would make you feel a totally different person when you would leave the place. It is so Zen that even the entire Monastery felt more Zen than its Japanese Zen Garden, which is phenomenal.
