But there were so many menu items that I didn't know what to order in the first place. lol The seasoned egg miso ramen I ordered had a lot of minced meat, didn't have much of a miso flavor, and had a thick, rich flavor like doteni or mapo tofu. It made me really thirsty... The noodles were thick and curly. #0yentravelautumn A famous gyoza restaurant [Nihao] that just opened this year in Musashi-Kosugi 🥟 I went there at lunchtime, and since it just opened, it was pretty crowded. I ordered the specialty gyoza with wings as a single item, and a ramen and fried rice set. The gyoza had a nice crispy wings. The ramen was a really simple soy sauce ramen. He is very kind and has a homey feel that makes you want to come back! And I was surprised at how many dishes there are on the menu, even though it's a small restaurant run by a single person!! There are so many dishes that I wonder if he even remembers them all? I ordered the tomato and cheese dandan noodles and gyoza, which are made with Amera tomatoes, and these dandan noodles are also seasoned with Japanese pepper and are incredibly delicious!! 🍅 I recommend it to people who like New Tantan, as it has a taste that I respect! Outside the store, there is a sign that says "Solo diners welcome!!"
