Mengcaiyuan: Located next to the Ring Island Road in Qionghai City, Hainan Province, about 1.5 hours by car from Haikou. Nanwu waterfall, also known as 南午瀑布 in chinese, is a natural wonder located in the city of Qionghai on Hainan island. This beautiful waterfall is a hidden gem surrounded by greenery and mountains. The path to reach the waterfall is well-maintained, quite easy and pleasant for all ages. During our visit the spot wasn’t crowded, with only 10 people there, which was great. Best of all, there is no fee to explore and enjoy this wonderful gem. One our trip to Hainan, we made a stop in Qionghai. Many visit Haikou, Sanya and Wanning but I suggest stopping at Qionghai too. Why? For this amazing and affordable hotel. It is a place suitable for relaxing, walking, breathing fresh air, beautiful flowers, lots of exercise equipment, space for children to run around, relatively clean bathrooms with very good service, and rides for children, a giant Ferris wheel for a beautiful view from a high angle, a lot of restaurants to choose from, I really like this atmosphere even though when I went there, many restaurants were closed because it was the New Year and the weather was a bit cold, but I really liked it, I could relax a lot. 🙏🙏
