See the power of nature at the western foot of Lake Toya

In the hot summer, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, we came to Noboribetsu in Hokkaido, Japan, to explore the walking trail at the foot of Lake Toya's western mountains. The main purpose was to see the remains of the volcanic eruption and feel the powerful destructive power of the volcano. The hiking route at the foot of the Nishiyama crater is about 1.8 kilometers long.
