[Kagoshima Prefecture] Kanayama Bridge

Kanayama Bridge was built for gold mining. After crossing the bridge and descending to the riverbank, you can see Kanayama Bridge and the waterfall. I think you can get a full view of the waterfall if you get into the river, but this was the best angle I could get. Nevertheless, the beautiful structure built around 1897 still remains, and there is a promenade where you can enjoy a leisurely stroll. You can feel the history in the old moss-covered stone monument.
