Pay $1 at mercure hotel almaty

We had the opportunity to use the stopover service from Air Astana, the national airline of Kazakhstan, because the flight from Moscow to Bangkok took more than 6 hours to change planes. There was a shuttle bus to eat free breakfast and we could ask the staff to call a taxi for a 1-day trip around the city. The room was very clean overall. The staff provided good service and the food was standard.
