Believe it or not but one of the highly recommended food that I needed to try during my trip in Amsterdam was pork ribs. The restaurant that was highly recommended by my friends was Cafe De Klos and I am glad I went ahead with their food recommendations. We ordered their signature pork ribs and it was the best I ever had! The meat was tender, it wasn't dry and it had the right amount of sauce. Other food that we tried was their grilled chicken, lamb shank and also their steak, which were excellent and it was very delicious. It was a perfect meal for meat lovers like myself and every dish came with sauce and a salad. Portions were generous and it's great for sharing with friends.
