Hongju's Soban, a delicious noodle and galbitang restaurant made with lentils!

#Gyeonggi-do Travel - Anseong Hongju Soban I visited Juksan to have lunch in Anseong, and I heard there was a healthy restaurant run by chefs, so I went there right away! The noodles were made with lentils, so they were healthier and easier to digest than Ilmyeon, and the sauce was so delicious that I couldn't even tell it was lentils! The galbitang soup was clean, and although it had meat in it, it was so clean that I kept eating it with a spoon! I really scraped the bottom of the soup cleanly, and overall, it was so delicious that I could understand why it was run by a chef! If you want to eat healthy food in Anseong, I recommend Hongju Soban!
