Yunshan Tun

A Ming Dynasty garrison that hasn't been overly commercialized | Guide to Yunshan Tun, located in Qiyanqiao Town, Xixiu District, Anshun City, Guizhou. Yunshan Tun, which was established in the early Ming Dynasty, is currently the best preserved garrison cultural village and one of the 24 "Historical and Cultural Villages of China". It encapsulates 600 years of Guizhou's changes, from prosperity to decline. The unchanging Yunshan Tun for hundreds of years has witnessed the historical changes of Anshun and even Guizhou during the Ming, Qing, and Republic of China periods. Each old-style building interprets a period of vicissitudes and legendary history. The remaining ancient houses, streets, temples, and opera buildings all show its past glory.
