Auckland's new restaurant "Ghost Street"

📍Ghost Street Location: The Hotel Britomart, below Cafe Hanoi 🌸Newly opened Asian fusion Ghost Street is a re-imagining of the dazzling array of eateries on Beijing’s famous food street of the same name. Signature dishes include Xi'an hand-pulled Biang Biang ramen, Sichuan chili oil scallop wontons and Hong Kong typhoon shelter soft shell crab. There were quite a lot of people that day The atmosphere was good The environment inside the store was also very clean My friends and I ordered what we wanted to eat ✅The introduction and pictures of the food are as follows ⚡1 Typhoon Shelter soft shell crab The Typhoon Shelter soft shell crab is fried crispy, and the condiments are garlic and ginger shreds, which are fried crispy. This is my favorite ⚡2 Soy braised Dong Po Pork belly The Dongpo pork belly is soft and glutinous. It is not bad to share with several people, and it is not particularly greasy. ⚡ 3 Red braised aromatic Ma La pork spare rib The ribs were well-braised and tasted good, with the Sichuan peppercorn flavor being the finishing touch! ⚡ 4 Steamed Wong book roll The cabbage roll tastes good, but it's a bit expensive. I thought there would be something else in it, but it's just cabbage ⚡ 5 Xi'an grilled lamb A set of three grilled lamb skewers, the lamb is very big, tender, and the taste is more natural. The lamb has no smell of mutton~ It looks like there is chili powder, but it's not spicy~ ⚡ 6 Biang Biang noodles The noodles are all freshly made and pulled, so they are more tender, but I think the taste is just average? I ordered all three desserts in the store, this one is not special ⚡9 Hong Kong style egg tart Everyone says that I make delicious emm how to say it I think.. I am not blindly confident ⚡10 Milk tea gelato as shown in the picture, a lump of gelato in the coffee, in fact there are many Chinese desserts, I don't know why I only chose these three desserts. 🌸🌸In summary: Service is good~ There are waiters at each table, just like in a normal fine dining restaurant *The interior design is nice. I saw the designer’s Instagram when the new restaurant opened and realized that the food tastes like Chinese food, unlike other Asian fusion restaurants - which always have something weird.
