When we arrived at the airport, we were met with cool and comfortable air. Boom likes the atmosphere here because it perfectly combines modernity and nature. As soon as we got out of the airport, Boom went for a walk at Sky Tower, the tallest tower in the city. The view is 360 degrees, both the city and the sea that surrounds the city are so beautiful that it melts your heart. That evening, try fresh seafood at Viaduct Harbour, a harbor area full of restaurants and cafes. Boom tried mussels baked with cheese, shrimp, and fresh fish. Everything was fresh and delicious. It felt like eating the food by the sea that I had dreamed of. ⸻ Rotorua, a city of hot springs and Maori culture 🌋🌿 Next, Boom traveled to Rotorua, a city famous for its hot springs and natural atmosphere. This place is like another world. Boom went to see the Kiwi Farm and saw the cute and unique national bird, the Kiwi. We learned about animals and nature in a fun way. The best part was walking around the natural hot springs and the boiling mud pools that emitted a slight sulfur smell. Boom felt like he was really experiencing the wonders of the world. He also got to see Maori culture, which featured dance performances and full-fledged native storytelling. Boom is an adventurous person, so it was very exciting. Here, there are bungee jumping, skiing, mountain climbing, and boating on the beautiful lake. Boom chose to take a boat trip to see the view on Lake Wakatipu. The clear water around the city, surrounded by snowy mountains, felt like being in a fairy tale. In the evening, we went to the market, bought cute souvenirs, and ate local food.
