🥢Izumoan 📍Awajishima, Hyogo This time I ordered ・Onion Tsukemen (1000 yen) ・Rice balls (380 yen) ・Awajishima raw whitebait bowl set meal (1300 yen) ️📝 I've been curious about onion tsukemen🧅 The dashi soup for the tsukemen contains a whole Awajishima onion that has been deep-fried. It's deep-fried slowly for 10 minutes at a low temperature after you order, so you can enjoy it fresh💗 It's a slightly unusual tsukemen where you cut the tempura with a knife and fork☺️ The onion tempura is crispy and the inside is soft and you can really taste the sweetness of the onion💕 It's so delicious!! ! I want to eat this alone 🤤 The bonito broth is sweet and spicy, light yet rich, and the onion flavor really comes through ✨ The udon noodles are thin and easy to eat.
