From the moment we stepped into the restaurant, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of elegance and sophistication, with stunning views of the Indian Ocean adding to the ambiance. The dim sum selection was nothing short of extraordinary. Each delicate morsel was a masterpiece of flavor and texture, meticulously crafted by the talented chefs. From classic steamed dumplings filled with succulent meats to innovative creations showcasing fresh seafood and vibrant vegetables, every bite was a delight for the senses. Everyone in the family had a different favourite dish. The service at Bai Yun was impeccable, with attentive staff ensuring that our dining experience was nothing short of perfect. They were knowledgeable about the menu and eager to recommend their personal favorites, enhancing our culinary adventure even further.
