Bali Trip Day 2: Ubud Sightseeing & Transportation

🌱 Recommended Ubud Sightseeing Spots ① Tegenungan Waterfall 🌀 A breathtakingly powerful waterfall that was bustling with visitors! There are plenty of photo spots, making it perfect for Instagram-worthy shots. ② ATV (Two-Seater Buggy) Experience 🏍️ Tried it on a friend's recommendation! It was way more fun than expected, but be prepared to get splattered with mud. Wear comfortable clothes that you don't mind getting dirty. Since it requires physical energy, it's best to try it in the morning. ③ Tegallalang Rice Terraces 🌾 A serene area with gentle breezes flowing through the terraced fields, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in Bali's natural beauty. You can also enjoy a swing experience here! ④ Bali's Famous "Kopi Luwak" ☕ World-renowned luxury coffee. I had the chance to taste it at a farm in Ubud. It has a unique flavor, but it's definitely worth trying for the experience. It was a day filled with the beauty of nature and exciting activities. 🍴 Bali Cuisine The Seminyak area where I stayed is a paradise for trendy cafes! Morning cafe-hopping became a daily routine ☺️ Recommended cafes: - Livingstone Seminyak - Watercress Cafe - BAKED. Seminyak Of course, Bali's local cuisine was also delicious! - Duck Leg (Duck dish) - Mie Goreng (Fried noodles) These are must-tries. For those who aren't fans of ethnic food, there are plenty of Italian restaurants and bagel specialty shops as well! 🚗 Bali Transportation Traveling is mostly by car. Since tourist spots are scattered around, it's reassuring to book a chartered car the day before. What surprised me was that many drivers could speak Japanese! It made sightseeing guidance smooth and convenient. Payments were accepted in cash (either Rupiah or Japanese Yen). 📍 Travel Tip: Plan your itinerary by grouping spots in the same area to maximize efficiency!
