A Blue Paradise in Bali – Blue Lagoon Snorkeling and Tukad Cepung Itinerary

The most dazzling day of my Bali trip was the itinerary that included snorkeling at Blue Lagoon and visiting Tukad Cepung Waterfall. This perfect one-day course captures both the ocean and the jungle, offering an unforgettable experience. --- 🏖️ 8:00 AM – Departure (from Ubud or Kuta) Rent a car or book a tour with a driver included. Blue Lagoon is near Padang Bai, approximately 1.5–2 hours away. 🐠 10:00 AM – Blue Lagoon Snorkeling Experience Take a boat out to the middle of the sea and start snorkeling. A natural aquarium filled with coral reefs, colorful tropical fish, and even rays. Equipment rental and life jackets included / Local guides available, perfect for beginners. 🦐 12:00 PM – Lunch at a Local Beachside Restaurant Recommended dishes: seafood Nasi Goreng or Mie Goreng. Cool down with a refreshing coconut drink. 🌴 2:00 PM – Tukad Cepung Waterfall (about 1-hour drive) A mystical waterfall where sunlight streams through cliff-like caves. Famous for its Instagram-worthy shots / Gentle water flow allows for light water play. Wear aqua shoes as it can be slippery. 🛍️ 4:30 PM – Relax at a Nearby Café or Souvenir Shop Explore Bali’s traditional handicrafts, natural soaps, coconut oil, and more. Enjoy a cup of Bali coffee at an outdoor café with a breeze. 🚐 6:00 PM – Return to Accommodation On the way back, admire Bali’s sunset through the window and reflect on the day. --- Crystal-clear ocean, a hidden jungle waterfall, local flavors, and warm people. This itinerary combines nature, activities, and emotions all in one day. If you only have one day in Bali, this course is highly recommended!
