You don't need to go to the counter to check in. The waiter will come to the sofa to handle the formalities. The whole process is to enjoy the vacation. Although I am a Marriott Titanium member, the room has not been upgraded. Most of the rooms at Ritz do not have any sea view, unlike the ones at Mulia.
