#summervacation The property itself is very beautiful. It felt a little bit like the quality of service at the reception was impacted because we booked on Booking.com. The hotel was almost entirely empty but they didnโt have our two rooms ready. They wouldnโt throw in a breakfast, they could only give us one later checkout (1 hour), the rooms they placed us in were almost 10 minutes walking to the beach and pool. The staff working in the resort itself are lovely, helpful and professional. The stretch of beach is beautiful and itโs close to the airport. My recommendation would be to book directly through the hotel. I also think the service weโve been receiving from the other hotels in Bali has been so excellent that this average service left us somewhat underwhelmed. #tripfoodie#summervacation#beachvacation#hotelstay
