Christmas Magic in Luang Prabang

I visited Kuang Si Falls on Christmas Day during my tour of Luang Prabang, Laos. The waterfalls were breathtaking, and it felt like I stepped into a fantasy world. The water was a bright turquoise color and there were seven layers of waterfalls flowing into small ponds. There are even areas where you could swim. Just keep in mind that the water is chilly. The waterfalls were an hour away from the city of Luang Prabang but you can get there with a tour or by renting a motorbike. After passing through the entrance, the staff takes people in an electric vehicle to the waterfalls. Then you can just enjoy the hike up the seven layers and learn about the conservation of Laos’s endangered moon and sun bears.
