The word mimiti comes from the Sundanese language which means to start. According to Ricko, one of the cafe owners said that Mimiti can be interpreted as starting the day by drinking coffee at Mimiti Coffee. When you first arrive at this place, you will be presented with an open space atmosphere with thick natural nuances. Some Tropical Forest trees, namely the Brazilian Fern are quite attention-grabbing. Tables and benches made of wood add to the rustic impression of this place. The cool air and shady trees will increase the positive mood when visiting this place. Mimiti Coffee & Space prioritizes the specialty coffee menu as the main dish. For Manual Brew, this place is Ekspresso Base with 4 choices of coffee beans originating from local (Arabika Priangan), Africa (Rwanda) and several other places. Then there are also other coffee menus, namely Hot Cappuccino and Ice Latte. Not enough coffee servings, there are other menus that can be tasted. Is Green Tea Latte, Cascara Fizz with a composition of Soda + Lemon and coffee skin extract. Meanwhile, for pastry, there are Cheesy Brownies which are very suitable to be eaten with coffee. The menu prices here are a little bit expensive. Manual Brew is priced at IDR 40,000. While other coffee menus such as Hot Cappuccino are priced at IDR 32,000 and Ice Latte IDR 35,000.
