It is unique in texture, between bread and cake but too sweet for me although there's a review saying it's not suppose to be very sweet. Guess sweetness is also subjective depending on person tastebud. I pair it up with english breakfast to balance and neutralize the sweetness. Perfect tea time while we were on break before exploring further.
