Park Royal at Penang is LIT 🔥🔥🔥

Our first time to Penang...!!! Wanted more of a chilled, relaxing and laid back stay. Well, definitely this stay did not disappoint at all...!!! As we alight from the taxi, we were greeted with smily and friendly staff who helped us carry our luggage and ushered us to check in. Check in staff was very efficient , polite to our requests and made sure we got our room as fast as possible. The room was spacious and neat. The sofa bed can actually be converted into a bed. The beds seemed bigger than normal which were good. The toilet had a decent space but the only thing is that... It cant be locked...!!! Its just a sliding door and i had to set ground rules "When the door is closed, nobody enters the toilet." Next morning, breakfast time at the hotel. Timing is of the essence. We reach early to avoid the peak period crowd which can be a long queue. Breakfast spread has lots of options from local to western, vegan and healthy. You can choose to eat light or heavy as there were varieties of bread, fruits, dim sum, rice, noodles and cheese. After breakfast, exploration of hotel. Its really like a beach resort with all the beach activities such as banana boat, jetski, etc. There's a kids swimming pool with 2 water slides and huge water play area. There is a also like a kids club with staff inside to manage the place which has ps5, nintendo switch, indoor playground and daily activities to get the kids engaged. Outside the hotel, you can literally walk along sidewalk to feast yourselves on street food, night markets and colourful trishaws. Overall, this hotel has everything needed for family with kids i.e ambience, facilities, attractions nearby and most importanly, quality service. Would definitely return again to this amazing place.
