Private hot spring heaven - Beijing Shuicheng Yipiao Private Hot Spring Resort Hotel

I read a lot of reviews before going, and everyone said the same thing: "It's perfect, except for the price." So here's my honest review: ♨️♨️My requirements♨️♨️ 1️⃣ I have a young child, so I need a safe, clean, and quiet environment. 2️⃣ I was traveling with my parents, so I needed a private environment. 3️⃣ My family is a bit shy, so we don't like sharing hot springs with strangers. 4️⃣ The adults like outdoor hot springs, but the baby can't go outside, so we needed a place where we could easily switch between indoor and outdoor hot springs. ❤️ Before check-in: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 1️⃣ A private butler contacted me before check-in to discuss my needs. 2️⃣ They created a private group chat for my family so we could easily communicate with them. 3️⃣ The staff were very friendly, whether on the phone or on WeChat! ❤️ During my stay: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 1️⃣ 24-hour service, friendly and efficient. 2️⃣ Very baby-friendly, with everything you could need: bed rails (arranged before check-in), thermos, bottle warmer, sterilizer, diapers (Pampers), changing mat, baby water, etc. All the products were from well-known brands. 3️⃣ You can adjust the temperature of the private hot spring pool. It fills up quickly, and the water seems to be real hot spring water, with a slight yellow tint. 4️⃣ There was a slight issue: the guests next door were very loud at 10 pm, and the baby kept waking up. I contacted the butler, and they quickly spoke to the guests next door. 5️⃣ All the staff I met were very friendly, and the restaurant staff asked how I slept and if I needed anything. 6️⃣ When I checked out, the receptionist apologized for the noise. As I was leaving, a manager also apologized. I was impressed by the hotel's culture: they actively solve problems instead of ignoring them.
