A Peach Blossom Spring in the Zoo

I went to the zoo yesterday, originally just planning to pass through, but I stumbled upon a great place to see peach blossoms. You can see peach blossoms by the water, with a building that looks like a European castle in the background. And there was almost no one there. It was like a Peach Blossom Spring within the zoo. The building, which resembles a European castle, is actually the side of Changguan Lou, an ancient building from the late Qing Dynasty. It's located on the northwest side of the park, on the west bank of the small lake west of Changguan Lou. After crossing a small stone bridge, you can see four or five scattered mountain peach blossoms in full bloom. One of them stands alone by the water, perfectly complementing Changguan Lou. There's also a platform with stone column bases here, which looks like the foundation of an old building. I wonder what it used to be. Following the trodden dirt path around the north side of the small lake, there are also large clusters of blooming winter jasmine on the west side of Changguan Lou. Everyone comes to the zoo to see animals, but I came to enjoy the spring flowers. It's actually quite nice to experience the tranquil side of the zoo. Leaving the zoo through the northwest gate, strolling along the Chang River on Wutasi Road, feeling the spring breeze on your face, and admiring the pink peach blossoms and green willows by the river is also a pleasant experience.
