This is where the emperors of the Ming and Qing dynasties worshipped the sun during the spring equinox every year. Now, the second Beijing Chaoyang Garden Festival and the 18th Spring Equinox Chaoyang Cultural Festival Altar Spring Garden Party are being held here, and the event will last until May 6th. At night, there are marine life and tree of life themed light shows. A new market has opened in the mural square at the south gate of Ritan Park, which is divided into a food area, a flower market area, etc., with a wide variety of internet-famous snacks, special foods, flowers, books, etc. Children's entertainment areas and intangible cultural heritage cultural and creative areas have been set up in the park's west square and other places. The memorial ceremony performance will be held every weekend and holidays, three times a day, one in the morning and two in the afternoon.
