During check-in, the staff were enthusiastic and professional. They not only quickly completed the procedures but also patiently introduced the hotel's various facilities and provided tips for nearby attractions. Knowing it was my first time at Universal Beijing Resort, they thoughtfully offered some helpful advice, which made me feel very welcome. The quality of the room was even more surprising. Opening the door, the spacious and bright space instantly lifted my spirits. The room featured a simple and stylish design, incorporating fun elements from Universal Studios. The decorative paintings by the bed were full of cinematic vibes, making me feel like I was in a movie. The bedding was soft and comfortable, like being wrapped in a cloud, ensuring a good night's sleep. The soundproofing was also excellent, completely blocking out any outside noise, allowing for a quiet and private space even near the bustling Universal Beijing Resort. The smart devices were a major highlight. Automatic curtains and intelligent lighting control systems could be easily operated via mobile phone or the in-room smart panel, adding a touch of technology and convenience to the stay. The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, and the toiletries were of high quality with a subtle fragrance. Bath salts and bath bombs were thoughtfully provided next to the bathtub. After a day of fun, soaking in a hot bath was the perfect way to melt away fatigue. The hotel's dining options also left a lasting impression. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, including Western options like bread, milk, and bacon, as well as hot Chinese dishes like steamed buns, porridge, and noodles. There were even local Beijing specialties like douzhi and jiaoquan, catering to different tastes. The restaurant had a clean and elegant ambiance, and the staff were warm and attentive, creating a pleasant dining experience. The hotel's facilities were equally comprehensive. The gym was well-equipped, allowing guests to maintain their fitness routines even while traveling. The laundry room was clean and tidy, equipped with high-quality washers and dryers, and provided free laundry detergent. The room also had a small refrigerator stocked with Bama Platinum Spring Water, Coke, Schweppes, and even pour-over coffee equipment and coffee beans, which was very practical for travelers like me staying for several days. The hotel's convenient location is particularly noteworthy. In addition to its proximity to Universal Beijing Resort, the hotel provides a free shuttle service to and from the park. The shuttle schedule is well-planned with frequent departures, making it extremely convenient for guests. From the hotel, the shuttle quickly takes you to Universal Studios, and after a day of fun, you can easily return to the hotel to relax, without worrying about transportation. My stay at the Orange Crystal Hotel, Universal Beijing Resort, was exceptional in every aspect, from the comfortable rooms and thoughtful service to the convenient transportation and extensive facilities. It not only provided a welcoming place to rest during my trip but also added many wonderful memories to my Universal Beijing Resort experience.
