First experience with Vietnamese soup curry - A Fang Vietnamese Food

Beitou is also a place I go to for food in Taipei, mainly because I love hot springs. This Vietnamese restaurant is close to Xinbeitou Station. When I saw the menu, I thought this dish was the most special. You may not see it in other restaurants. Maybe that’s why they named it 🤣 "Jianqing Boneless Chicken Legs". This is my first time to eat Vietnamese food. I feel a little shocked by the portion size. Their bowls are very big and quite full. The soup is sour, sweet and slightly spicy, with a lot of cabbage, bean sprouts and king oyster mushrooms. The soup is smooth and not greasy. The highlight is the chicken thigh meat 🐓, which is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. It is rare to eat one that is fried so perfectly.
