If you think Yufuin Ryokan is too expensive, there are many cheaper ryokan accommodations in Beppu.ㅎㅎ The location is great because you can walk to Kamado Jigoku, a must-see attraction in Beppu! The highway bus terminal is also about a 5-minute walk away👍 I was worried because there weren't many Korean reviews, but there was a staff member who could speak Korean! A kaiseki meal was included, so when we went to eat dinner, we were the only Koreans. It seems like it's an accommodation used mostly by locals! The Japanese-style tatami room was clean and nice, and it was a new experience to see hot spring smoke rising from everywhere when I opened the window!
