Bordeaux ｜ The Cosy bistro in Bordeaux with high quality food

This time I traveled to Bordeaux with friends, and we went to a charming French bistro nearby for dinner. It’s a cozy place with a warm, welcoming staff. French Meat Spread on Bread Apparently, this is a homemade spread commonly made in French households. It’s soft and fluffy, like a meat-based version of cheese spread, and pairs perfectly with bread! Goose Liver The portion was huge! Typically, you only get about a third of this amount in Paris. It’s served with fig jam and bread – delicious! Beef We tried two types: Charolais beef and German beef. The Charolais was finer and smoother in texture, while the German beef was firmer with a perfectly seared, slightly crispy exterior. (Overall, the portions are very generous.) Fish The fish was super fresh and large, fried to perfection so that it stayed intact without breaking – quite skillful! Vegetables and Potato Pancakes The side dishes, including vegetables and potato pancakes, were all very tasty! Dessert We finished with a dessert platter featuring six different items. The French are generous with their sweets!
