It's an island called Île Ste-Marguerite. You can get there in thirty minutes by boat from Cannes. This island is a small island in the French Riviera, in the Mediterranean Sea. This island is famous among the French for its beautiful natural scenery. Also, the island has the famous prison, Port Royal, where the 'Man in the Iron Mask' was imprisoned. Since it's a Mediterranean island, the water is really clear and it's not a popular tourist destination yet, so there are only French people. So it's more peaceful and has a local feel, which was nice. #EuropeanTravel
