High above the clouds

One of the best hiking routes in northern Italy and possibly one of the most accessible ways to reach over 2000m is to climb Monte Altissimo Di Nago in the Monte Baldo range above Lake Garda. The best time of year to take on the hike is during the late spring where the fields are awash with rare alpine plants and the weather is perfect. The views across lake Garda and the surrounding mountains are stunning on for those not wanting to make the return trip there’s always the cable car to take you down to the town of Malcesine. #getgoing2025 #hiking #alps
