I started my day with a peaceful walk along the Brisbane Riverwalk, where the city skyline reflects on the water as cyclists and joggers pass by. It’s the kind of morning that feels calm but alive. For lunch, I found a rooftop café near Fortitude Valley, where the views stretch all the way to Mount Coot-tha. The breeze, the open air, and the Aussie-style brunch made it perfect. In the evening, I caught a live band at The Triffid, tucked away in Newstead. Brisbane might not shout about its music scene, but once you know where to look — it’s pure gold.
