It is a 5-minute walk from the hotel to the Christmas market and the famous Vorosmarty Square. There is also tram No. 2 to the Chain Bridge downstairs. In such a bustling area, traveling is really convenient. 🗺️The location of the Budapest Marriott Hotel is definitely a highlight. Not only is it close to the Chain Bridge, but you can also walk to many attractions such as Buda Castle, Fisherman's Bastion and St Stephens. The hotel's decoration style is luxurious and modern, with a strong local flavor. The front desk staff was very friendly. Although I arrived early, they still quickly arranged a room for us, giving me a homely feeling. 🛏️The room I stayed in was a view room. Although it was a basic room type, it was very spacious and comfortable. The best thing was that you could see the magnificent view of the Danube River and Buda Castle. The room is fully equipped with a coffee machine, sufficient toiletries, and the shower room is spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and gave me a good night's sleep. All in all, the room experience is very good, it's a little expensive, but worth it. 🍽️The hotel's restaurant and bar are also one of the recommended highlights. Enjoying dinner on the terrace overlooking the night view of the entire Danube is very romantic. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety and the coffee is delicious. The only small suggestion is that the dinner dishes can be improved a little bit, the chilli chicken I ordered seemed like it was heated in a microwave 😅. 🏞️Nearby recommendations: - Shoes on the Danube River Bank: Walking along the river, you can see this memorial to the shoes that the Jews were forced to abandon during World War II, which is thought-provoking. - Fisherman's Bastion: It is within walking distance from the hotel and is a great place to overlook the panoramic view of Budapest. - Heroes' Square: A little far away, but the subway is still quite convenient. There are magnificent buildings and important monuments here. 🍽️Restaurant recommendations: - Zincenco Kitchen: If you want to try local cuisine, this is a good choice. - Kolbizz Sausage & Beer House: The sausages and beer at this shop are very special. - Jardín Cocktail Bar: If you like cocktails, this is a must-see. Staying at the Budapest Marriott Hotel is really a pleasure. I am very satisfied with the location, hotel services and room experience.
