It was good because it came in just the right amount to go with the makguksu. The potato pancake was rich and light and the soft boiled pork was delicious. I made mul makguksu and added bibimjang to it, and it was actually good because I could taste both. Mul makguksu is secretly sweet and savory, so it's unique and delicious, and adding bibimjang gives it another charm🫢
