Yesterday, I had a friend who goes to school with me, so we decided to go eat together before class. After much thought about what to eat, I finally decided : ) If you ask what Busan's famous food is, you can't leave out gukbap. I also really like gukbap since I started living in Busan, but the place I visited today seems to be the best gukbap I've ever had in Busan. The place I visited today is Seomyeon Market Pork Soup Pungseong Pork Soup. Now, I'll start posting!!! The location is near Seomyeon Market, and it's right near the school, so I have a feeling I'll visit often when I miss gukbap ㅎㅎㅎ There was a lot of space inside!!! There is no need to worry about seating. There were tables and chairs in wood tones throughout, and the interior felt clean. There was even a kitchen where you could see them properly wearing masks and cooking safely during the COVID-19 pandemic, so it was a place where you could eat comfortably and with peace of mind~!! There were many types, from original pig soup to intestine soup, sundae soup, and assorted soup, so we hesitated for a while, but we really wanted meat, so we ordered boiled pork soup. There was a signboard of origin next to the menu. It was honestly and fairly written, so I really trusted the clean interior and the honesty once again. Pungseong pig soup is said to be a premium pig soup made with only the highest grade female pigs, carefully selected and supplied on the same day, and boiled in a cauldron for 24 hours with care!! That made me look forward to the boiled pork even more. After ordering, they set up the side dishes first!! The set menu included sauce to dip the boiled pork, dried radish, onion, pepper, and garlic. Among these, the seasoned dried radish salad had a really thick seasoning and a nice crunchy texture! It was delicious even if you just drank it, but it was even more delicious when you ate it with boiled pork. Another thing that was delicious when you ate it with boiled pork was the kimchi. I don't really eat kimchi outside, but the kimchi here was really delicious. If you order the boiled pork set, they give you a milky broth. The broth had a deep and rich flavor!! I almost finished a bowl of rice before the boiled pork even came outㅋㅋㅋ And finally, the boiled pork came out!! As soon as the boiled pork came out, our mouths dropped open. They kept praising how it could be so glossy. It was delicious even when you just dipped it in the sauce that was in the side dish, and it melted in your mouth when you ate it with kimchi and dried radish. I thought this was happiness. The taste was good, but the staff was kind and the owner was kind, so it was a place I wanted to visit more often!!
