Ananti Waterhouse is not a hotel facility, but a hot spring pool operated by Ananti Penthouse. Living up to its reputation, it was a unique experience to experience various Neapolitan-style dishes that I had never tried before. I think I was able to enjoy delicate flavors that are different from the Italian cuisine we usually know. Sometimes, I am drawn to popular flavors that everyone knows, but sometimes, I am drawn to refined and delicate flavors made with care by good people.
