[Busan Gourmet] Korean specialty Milmyeon😋

#Gourmet 📍Sujeong Milmyeon A milmyeon restaurant located about a 5-minute walk from Busanjin Station 🥰 Milmyeon is a specialty of Busan made with wheat. ▫️Mulmilnyeon (비빔밀면) 7,000 won They also have spicy milmyeon with kimchi, which sounds delicious, but I ordered the standard regular milmyeon first 😋 The guy at the restaurant spoke to me in Japanese and was very friendly 🥰 First, they serve you a soup stock without any seasonings. The soup stock comes in a kettle, hot and delicious 🫖 The milmyeon is served right away and the soup has ice in it, so it's like cold ramen. Apparently you cut the noodles with the scissors that come with the noodles, but I ate them as they were 😋 It was light and delicious 🥰 I went a little before opening time, but they let me in, and customers started coming in later, so I think it gets very busy at lunchtime.
