The visuals and the taste are both perfect. A tray full of neat desserts and luxurious tea And the sound of the waves is just perfect. ⸻ ▪ Ananti Books – Emotional Over-Immersion Section This bookstore alone is enough to make the trip worthwhile. Calm music, the scent of trees, and sensual interior. Book lovers really enjoy the time flying by. You must visit here! ⸻ ▪ Ananti’s in-house restaurant – Overwhelming taste and atmosphere Dinner is a course meal at Ananti’s in-house restaurant. • Bread & salad before the meal • Onion soup – A deep, addictive taste • Pasta – We chose the cod roe cream pasta! Soft and rich • Abalone risotto – Really impressive. The harmony of abalone and risotto is a work of art. (course x) • Main: Lamb steak – No smell, melts in your mouth. It’s rare to find such high-quality food in a hotel restaurant. This alone makes Ananti worth coming back to. ⸻ DAY 2. A splendid ending with a local gourmet tour ▪ Roanu – A must-visit for beef lovers Roanu, a hidden high-end Korean beef restaurant in Busan. A proper meal with the Emperor Udaegalbi and aged Korean beef set. •The tenderness of the Two Plus Korean beef is truly indescribable. I can't stop admiring the rich meat juice that spreads as soon as I chew. •The cold noodles are a must-order after the meal. The refreshing and cool taste is more than just a mouthful. It's just a kick in itself. •As a side, I also recommend the Chilgejang Bibimbap! A bite of sweet and salty rice doubles the excitement. From the meat to the meal, all the menus were well-made, and even the atmosphere was sensational, making this place the best beef restaurant in your life. ⸻ ▪ Crab Dinner – The real finale is here The last course is splendid at Crab Dinner. A plate of steamed crab + fried food + crab meat fried rice + crab ramen. The visuals, quantity, and taste are all really satisfying.
