Unless it's a very cloudy day, most of the time the lights are not turned on. The warmth of the space is added by the candles, the fireplace, and the natural objects left by the season, and you can feel the soft light seeping through the window. The color of the light changes every hour. -By Sinabro Workroom Coffee Bar- I spent a leisurely time sitting at the window seat, appreciating the cafe atmosphere, the owner's book curation full of his tastes, and the museum leaflets he collected while traveling around Japan. I ordered Doko French Toast, and they sprinkled gold dust and sparkling stars on top of the strawberries, and they also added edible decorations, meaning 'sunshine filtering through the leaves of the maple tree'. This work of art full of sincerity... should be eaten with your eyes only... but it was delicious!
