Day trip from Belfast - Giant's Causeway

The first thing we will find as soon as we arrive at the car park is the Giant's Causeway Visitor Experience. It is a modern interpretation center that also houses an information booth, a very expensive souvenir shop, public toilets and a cafeteria. On the giant screen in the center, they continuously play a short film with explanations about the geological formation of the place. The price to access also includes an audio guide in different languages ​​to visit the cliffs and the car park. In some places, you will read that the visit to the Giant's Causeway can be done in an hour, and even in much less time. No kidding! We spent at least three hours walking along the paths that surround the cliffs. To get to the main cliff where we will see the hexagonal basalt columns, you have to walk downhill for 15 minutes from the interpretation center. If once here you limit yourself to taking a few photos as we saw that the vast majority did, in 45 minutes you will have been able to finish the visit. #ireland
