Mosque of Muhammad Ali is one of the most important landmarks and tourist attractions of Cairo. This place is not located in down town, however It can be reached easily by taxi or public transport. The whole visit, including taking pictures, should last between 1 to 2 hours. The place is really well preserved and is a pleasure to see. This is a place you must fell proud to visit and experience as it’s part of UNESCO World Heritage Site. Women must be dressed appropriately with no revealing clothes and shoulder should be covered.
