Like Blackpool but in the sun

Nice beach but a bit overcrowded at the height of peak season. Depending on what you're into, if you want seclusion, peace and quiet, my time, etc, then this isn't the place for you. Now if you like sharing your beach with a thousand or so other souls, shoulder to shoulder, with facilities right on your doorstep, beach hawkers, bouncy balls, etc, then, this is the place to be. Preferably, I would go up to the bus station, which is very busy, so plenty of chances to escape, ask them in the info booth where to go, then go there, and have some space and peace with my flask and a sandwich. #themepark#nationalpark#lakes#beaches
