Canmore, a Canadian town in the Rocky Mountains

Canmore is a small town in Alberta, Canada, in the Rocky Mountains, approximately 81 km west of Calgary, near the southeastern boundary of Banff National Park. Canmore has a mild climate compared to most of Canada, with the coldest temperature in January being −8 °C, which feels warmer than it actually is due to low humidity. Summers are very short and cool, while winters are long but sunny and dry. The region has an average of 330 sunny days per year.
