Mount Pinatubo Hike in the Philippines

This was my first time to join a volcano tour organized by a local travel agency. We gathered and set off at 3:30 in the morning, and after an hour's drive we arrived at the visitor center. After changing to a jeep, we continued on our way to the volcano. The water and mud roads along the way were extremely bumpy. When we got to a place where the car could no longer drive, we got off and started hiking. The single trip was 6 kilometers, and each group had a professional tour guide who took care of everyone's safety along the way. Although it was not too difficult to walk, it still takes some time for beginners to get used to the stones and streams. After walking for more than 2 hours, we finally reached the innermost crater lake. It was really spectacular and the weather was so good. We were so lucky! This trip to the Philippines for Mount Pinatubo is totally worth it!
