Beautiful Beach Recommended by a Hotel Receptionist

Recommended by a hotel receptionist, this stunning beach is located along the Mediterranean coast of Spain, near Barcelona (Catalonia region). Gavà is an incredibly beautiful beach with wide shores and shallow, crystal-clear waters. It's perfect for swimming or wading, as the water remains shallow for a long distance before gradually deepening, and the waves are gentle. This makes it ideal for children, as there are no big waves. During my visits, the beach had showers and even beach bars in certain areas, making it much better and safer than the beaches in the city (I never felt unsafe here). Additionally, I enjoyed watching planes fly overhead as they took off from the nearby airport. The beach is about a 15-minute walk from the town or a 30-minute walk from the car/train station. If you're coming from Barcelona, it takes approximately 1 hour by bus. The beach also features a shaded area specifically designed for people with disabilities, along with a lovely wooden walkway. I noticed many people making use of this area.
