History told in the form of statues

You can’t help but notice in plain sight this statue when you pass by the busy streets of Parian District in Cebu City since it is visually enormous and appealing. The Heritage of Cebu Monument was constructed for 3 years only which started in 1997 by a Cebuano artist, Eduardo Castrillo. The monument displays in artistic form a lot about Cebu from its festive events, to significant people and scenes that made history in Cebu. This place is free for everyone since it does not require any fees upon entering but we highly recommend to donate any amount for its maintenance and upkeep. #culturalattractions#nationalpark
