If you come to Cebu, Philippines make sure to stop by here so that you will get the chance to see the City. Coming here at day or at night both give you a very instagrammable pictures. During the day, you’ll be able to see clearly the city views and during the night, all you can see is the city lights. A little tip: If you come here at night, make sure to bring a jacket because it’s very chilly here. Got a chance to come back here after 6 years. This place is very much memorable to me. I can still remember when I went here with the guy that I love the most, we we’re both speechless of how beautiful Cebu City lights is.
