Holiday Inn Express Sant cugat Worth it?

This hotel is a bit hard to find but it is indeed just 6minutes from the train station.I have rich breakfast, nice room with nice view from the window (refer to the picture attached). However, the TV only has Spainish and French channels, very boring. There is nothing around the area as well. Basically good but not that great.If you look for a budget decent 3star hotel, it serves the purpose.
