Cesky Krumlov Castle

Cesky Krumlov Castle is a historic castle that is 700 years old. It is the second largest castle in the Czech Republic, second only to Prague Castle in the capital city of Prague. The castle has been under the control of three noble families who ruled the town. During both World Wars, Cesky Krumlov was not a primary target for attacks, so the castle was fortunate to remain undamaged and has preserved its original structure entirely. Inside, there are displays of various items such as dishes, bowls, tiles, and beautifully patterned glassware used in medieval dining rooms. Visitors can climb the narrow spiral staircase to reach a beautiful viewpoint of the town.
