Xihu Park 西湖公园 ～Changsha 长沙

📌 Take line 2 to Xihu Park (西湖公园) and walk about 10mins to the edge of the lake. 🏄🏻 From the metro, it's about a 10mins walk to the edge of the lake where there's a carpark area. Inside the garage there is a place you can hire the paddle boards from and carry them to the lake. The guys are very friendly, although their English isn't strong. They will even teach you how to use them and go out with you to take photos and encourage you to stand up if you are afraid. 🏃 If you'd rather stay dry, you can take a walk around the lake, it's very peaceful both during the day and the night. The loop takes around 1.5 hours. 🥢🥤 There are some restaurants and milk tea shops around the lake to keep you going. 📝 9/10 ~ a really peaceful afternoon activity.
